No. Files are never uploaded to any server — compression happens with WebAssembly and the browser's native WebCodecs API, directly on your device. We have no way to access, store, or view what you compress.
The Video Compressor uses your device's built-in video encoder via the WebCodecs API for speed — this is the same hardware your browser already uses to play video smoothly. It's supported in current Chrome, Edge, and Safari; Firefox support is still rolling out.
There's no artificial limit set by us — the practical ceiling is your device's available memory. Most modern laptops and desktops handle files well into the gigabytes without issue.
Yes — both the Font Compressor and Video Compressor support batch uploads. Drop several files at once, and each is queued and compressed in turn, with a single download for the whole batch as a ZIP.
